When you schedule a home inspection, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Our office staff will confirm the details of your appointment via phone or email. We strive to accommodate your preferred scheduling date, but availability is subject to demand.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled inspection. Failure to cancel within this period may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Inspection Reports

Inspection reports provided by Desert State Home Inspections are based on the conditions observed at the time of the inspection. The reports are for informational purposes only and are not a guarantee of future conditions. They do not constitute a warranty on the inspected property.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon the completion of the inspection, unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit card, and electronic transfer. Failure to make payment may result in delayed delivery of your inspection report.
